The
Center has provided Employee
Assistance Programs to national
and local companies for 17
years, both as a stand-alone
service and as part of an
integrated behavioral care
program. While EAPs are intended
to provide screening, short-term
treatment and referral services,
extended treatment is coordinated
through the clients
mental health benefit program
if the Coordinator of EAP
Services, the treating clinician
or the client determines that
additional treatment, after
the pre-paid sessions, is
needed. Referrals are usually
made within the practice to
assure continuity of treatment.
The
Center offers management consulting
services, including executive
coaching, management and supervisory
training, key employee counseling,
team building and pre-employment
testing, to a number of local
businesses and industries.
The
Center offers group training
sessions and seminars for
conventions and business retreats
that address more than 20
topics relevant to the workplace,
including:
- Workplace
