A licensed clinical
therapist with eight years of experience
in social work, Mary Hock specializes
in counseling services for children,
adolescents and adults. Her experience
includes working with children,
teens, adults, couples and families
to address such issues as parenting
skills, behavior modification, depression
and anxiety. She also provides counseling
for victims of abuse. In addition
to counseling, she teaches art classes
for elementary school children in
the Metropolitan Nashville Public
Schools.
A native of Oak Ridge,
Tennessee, she holds a M.S. in Social
Work from the University of Tennessee
College of Social Work and a Bachelor
of Fine Arts degree from Edgecliff
College in Cincinnati, Ohio. She
is licensed to practice clinical
social work in the State of Tennessee
and a member of the National Association
of Social Workers, Association for
Play Therapy, Tennessee Voices for
Children and Metropolitan Nashville
Education Association.
She is the mother
of four children.
