Scheduling an Appointment

When you call the Evelyn Frye Center, our Business Associates will inquire about:

• whether you plan to use insurance,
• the nature of you presenting problem,
• any special needs or requests and
• your preferences regarding a provider
  

Your needs and requests are carefully triaged by our professionally trained Business Associates to get the best clinical/personality fit for you.

After the appointment has been scheduled, one of our Business Associates will contact your insurance company to obtain authorization/certification for your services. Once that has been completed, we will ccontact you with information about the amount of your copayment and to reconfirm your appointment date, time and provider information.

We know that life is busy and email is more efficient and convenient for some people. Should you want to contact us by email you can do so by emailing your name and phone number to cinfo@efrye.com. We will call you within 24 hours of your email. If for some reason, we have not contacted you within that time frame, please telephone our office at (615) 385-4090.

Behavioral Healthcare Services are a covered benefit under most Insurance plans.

Our Business Associates handle all insurance matters so that your patients can focus on their behavioral health rather than hassles with their insurance companies.

Our Location

We are conveniently located in the Baptist Medical Plaza II, Suite 800 at 2021 Church Street. Our building is directly across from Baptist Hospital in Nashville, Tennessee.

Directions

From any direction heading into downtown Nashville, take I-65 to Exit #209A. Depending on the direction from which you are traveling, you will turn either left or right at the bottom of the Church Street Exit. (You should be heading WEST -- AWAY from the tall buildings of the downtown area.)

Travel six traffic lights to the intersection of 21st Ave and Church Street. (Krispy Kreme is on the corner). Make a left at this light onto 21st Avenue (It will be the first light after you drive under the crosswalk at Baptist Hospital). At the first stop sign, turn left onto Hayes Street. The entrance to our parking garage will be located immediately on the left.

We are located on the 8th floor in the Baptist Medical Plaza II. The elevators are located next to the Baptist Sports Medicine Center on the first floor. When you exit the elevators on the 8th floor you will be facing our office entrance.
