Evelyn
M. Frye, Ph.D. (President)
Dr.
Frye has created a strong,
successful group practice
by adhering to two basic principles:
providing high-quality service,
and meeting the needs of clients
and referring practitioners
in a respectful and professional
way. Dr. Fryes adaptive
management style has enabled
The Evelyn Frye Center to
meet the challenge of todays
volatile healthcare and business
environments. The Center has
adapted to the managed care
environment while continuing
to achieve its primary goal:
meeting the needs of its clients
with a complete spectrum of
behavioral health services.
Due to her constant focus
on quality of service and
respect for the individual,
the Center enjoys a superior
reputation with referral sources
and clients throughout Middle
Tennessee and Kentucky. This
focus, combined with a diversified
clientele, give The Evelyn
Frye Center a distinct competitive
advantage in the marketplace.
The
Centers ability to thrive
in the rapidly changing behavioral
healthcare market is due in
part to the support of our business
consulting staff. Under the
leadership of Susan Mitchell
(MBA, Vanderbilt University),
the practice is guided by a
solid business plan based on
an understanding of the need
to continually adapt to changes
in the behavioral health market
without compromising the delivery
of quality client services.
Our business consulting unit
a unique feature among
private practices has
enabled the practice to maintain
stability while supporting its
growth over the past several
years. The
Center has made a conscious
effort to provide financial
stability and growth opportunity
by diversifying the markets
it serves. The Centers
current revenue base is currently
divided equally among private
pay, indemnity insurance and
managed care clients. Future
growth is fueled by a flow
of more than 2,000 new clients
each year, a number that is
expected to increase substantially
during 2002.
The Centers
staff of eight business associates
manages all aspects of the
practice, freeing the practitioners
to focus on delivery of clinical
services. |
