Your needs and requests are carefully triaged by our professionally trained Business Associates to get the best clinical and personality fit for you. In an effort to accomplish this, our Business Associates have been trained to inquire about several things when you call the Evelyn Frye Center.

~ Whether you plan to use health insurance
~ The nature of your presenting problem
~ Your preferences regarding a provider
~ Any special needs or requests you may have

After your appointment has been scheduled, one of our Business Associates will contact your insurance company to obtain authorization/certification for your services.

Monday – Thursday 8:30 am – 8:00 pm
Friday – 8:30 am – 4:00 pm
Saturday – 8:00 am – 1:00 pm

Telephones are answered
Monday – Thursday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
Friday – 8:30 am – 4:00 pm
Saturday – 8:00 am – 1:00 pm

We use an answering service to provide fast emergency response at all other times so that someone is available for our clients’ emergencies 24 hours a day seven days a week.
