At the request
of CMC’s Center for
the Treatment of Obesity,
Dr. Evelyn Frye has developed
a unique aftercare program
to assist patients with the
lifetime challenges of recovering
from obesity. The program
is presented on the third
Monday of each month at 6:00
pm in the third floor classroom
of Centennial Medical Center.
The goal of the Coaching for
Victory/Aftercare Program
is to support individuals
in:
• learning healthy living
concepts;
• developing behavioral
skills for improved self-management
• increasing awareness
of personal blocks and self-defeating
behaviors
• letting go of past
guilt, regrets and resentments
• releasing self-limiting
behaviors and attitudes
• getting out of their
own way
• blaming less and forgiving
more
In the process of reaching
these goals, our patients
remain firmly grounded in
their recovery from their
disordered eating.
